Freelance Digital Marketer

2023-Present

Marketing and Development Manager

I manage all aspects of Agency marketing and development for WestMass ElderCare, including digital and print design, WordPress development and mainenance, search engine optimization and copywriting, digital advertising and email marketing, as well as grantwriting.  In my first three months, I increased social media engagement 1200%; created and launched a new website  raising our SEO score by 40% and doubling engagement; and activated the Google Ads grant.

2013-2023

Communications Manager

I managed the communications and technology for the Massachusetts Councils on Aging located in Easthampton, MA. This included their websites, email marketing, publications, and tech support for the staff. I also provided event planning, managing over 80 workshops with upwards of 150 presenters for their annual conference.

2002-2010

Online Marketing Planner

I was a global Online Marketing Planner for Hasbro Games, located in East Longmeadow, MA. I created the online strategies, including the websites and digital marketing projects, for their portfolio of brands, including Monopoly, Scrabble, RISK, Trivial Pursuit, Cranium, and more.

I managed the website and electronic communications for Charter Communications, headquartered in St. Louis, MO.
